Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Landport Labs Ltd (company number 16312259) ("we", "us"), which runs actionfeed. By using actionfeed you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

1. The service

actionfeed reads the sources you connect, suggests actions and drafts replies, tasks and plans for you to review. It is in early access: accounts are by invitation, and features may change or be withdrawn. We do not charge for early access.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account and must be 18 or over. Keep that Google account secure: anyone who can sign in to it can use your actionfeed account. Tell us straight away if you think it has been misused.

3. Your content

You keep all rights in the content you connect or create. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so far as needed to run the service for you, as the privacy policy describes. You must have the right to connect each source you connect.

4. Suggestions and drafts

Suggestions, drafts and plans are produced partly by AI (artificial intelligence) and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Nothing leaves actionfeed until you approve it, and you are responsible for checking anything before you send, book or rely on it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use actionfeed to break the law or anyone's rights, to send spam, to probe, overload or get around the security of the service, to access another person's account or data, or to resell the service.

6. Third-party services

Google and other sources are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for them, and a change on their side may stop a source working.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using actionfeed at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or end early access, with reasonable notice where we can give it. On closure your data is deleted as the privacy policy sets out.

8. Liability

We provide early access as it is and as available, and do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, and our total liability to you is limited to £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant we will tell you before it takes effect.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland as a consumer, you may also bring proceedings there.
